This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Exalivorentra may issue refunds for purchases made through our online educational platform. We are committed to providing quality educational services and addressing concerns regarding course enrollments and subscription payments.

Course Enrollment Refunds

Standard Refund Period

Students may request a full refund within 14 days of course enrollment, provided that:

  • No more than 20% of the course content has been accessed or completed
  • No certificates or completion credentials have been issued
  • The refund request is submitted through our official support channels

Extended Refund Considerations

Refund requests submitted between 15 and 30 days after enrollment will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Factors considered include:

  • Technical issues preventing course access
  • Significant discrepancies between course description and actual content
  • Documented extenuating circumstances

Extended refund requests are not guaranteed and remain at the sole discretion of Exalivorentra.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after enrollment
  • Course completion exceeding 20% of total content
  • After receiving a certificate of completion
  • For promotional or discounted course purchases during special offer periods
  • Change of mind after the standard refund period has elapsed

Subscription Services

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Refunds for monthly subscriptions are handled as follows:

  • Full refund available within 7 days of initial subscription purchase
  • No partial refunds for unused portions of the subscription period
  • Cancellation prevents future charges but does not trigger automatic refunds
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be refunded according to the following terms:

  • Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if less than 10% of available content has been accessed
  • Prorated refunds may be considered within 60 days of purchase on a case-by-case basis
  • No refunds will be issued after 60 days from the subscription start date

Processing Refunds

Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, students must:

  3. Specify the reason for the refund request
  4. Include any supporting documentation if applicable

Processing Timeline

Upon approval of a refund request:

  • Refund approval or denial will be communicated within 5 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days
  • Funds will be returned to the original payment method
  • Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account

Special Circumstances

Technical Issues

If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent access to course materials or platform features, we will work to resolve the issues promptly. If technical problems cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a full or partial refund may be issued regardless of the standard refund period.

Course Cancellations

In the event that Exalivorentra cancels or discontinues a course:

  • All enrolled students will receive full refunds automatically
  • Students will be notified via email at least 14 days prior to course removal when possible
  • Alternative course recommendations may be provided at no additional cost

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same course or subscription multiple times, please contact support immediately. Duplicate charges will be refunded in full upon verification.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage students to contact our support team directly before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks with their financial institution. Initiating a chargeback may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of account access
  • Inability to process direct refund requests
  • Additional administrative review procedures

We are committed to resolving all concerns fairly and efficiently through direct communication.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Course content significantly differing from description
  • Documented medical or personal emergencies
  • Platform service disruptions affecting learning experience

All partial refund requests require documentation and are subject to management approval.

Bundle and Package Purchases

Course bundles and package deals are subject to specific refund terms:

  • Refunds for bundled courses must be requested for the entire bundle
  • Individual courses within a bundle cannot be refunded separately
  • Standard refund periods and completion thresholds apply to the bundle as a whole
  • Special promotional bundles may have modified refund terms disclosed at time of purchase

Gift Purchases

Courses or subscriptions purchased as gifts follow these refund guidelines:

  • The original purchaser may request a refund before the gift is redeemed
  • Once redeemed by the recipient, standard refund policies apply
  • The refund period begins from the date of redemption, not purchase

Refund Exceptions

Exalivorentra reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

Currency and Payment Method
